Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Sophie Allport purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the items you are returning and your preferred outcome of a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, making sure to include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided returns label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your local post office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
